Bridge to Growth is a unique
co-operation between the public and private sector and provides a wide
range of free and low cost practical benefits to foreign owned companies
wishing to establish in the UK. These include a free limited company,
rent free fully furnished office accommodation for 6 months and many
other practical benefits, especially a network of highly committed contacts
and partners with many years experience in helping companies get established
into the UK.
The seminars are held in conjunction
with the British Government office UK Trade & Investment, not only
at British Embassies and Ambassadors residences in capital cities, but
also in some of the most important larger cities in each country.
The seminars are free of charge,
but registration is essential as space is limited.
If you are interested please
go to www.bridgetogrowth.co.uk and register for the city which
is most convenient for you.
I look forward to meeting you
at these seminars where we will show you a low risk and cost effective
way to increase your sales into the UK market.

Changes to Company Law in the
UK
There have been some significant
changes to the amount of information which is held on the public register
for limited companies in the UK.
The changes include the disclosure
of Directors home addresses, and it now means that Directors can use
the Registered Office address for the company rather than their home
address as the one which will show on the register to which the public
has access. Directors must still give their real home address to the
authorities, and must keep this updated, but this information will only
available to official organisations and cannot be found by a public
enquiry.
There is a considerable backlog
of work at the Companies registration office and we do not advise taking
any action on this immediately unless there is an urgent need. We will
be writing to our clients separately in due course with more information.
Should any of our client Directors
decide to take advantage of these new rules and to change the address
on the public register, we will of course carry out these changes free
of charge included in our fixed price Company Secretarial services.
I look forward to meeting you
at one of our seminars soon.
